About

I’m a creator, builder, and student based in Utah. I love blending hands-on craftsmanship with modern design and development to bring ideas to life both on-screen and in the real world.

Hello there

Hi, I'm Marcus — a maker who loves building things that feel simple, useful, and real

I’m currently studying business and technology at BYU while running Old Chief Leather Co. and converting an old ambulance into a tiny home on wheels. Whether it’s a website, a leather wallet, or a living space, I care about clean lines, honest materials, and thoughtful details.

My background mixes design, web development, woodworking, and hands-on building. I enjoy learning new tools, solving practical problems, and creating things that people actually use—from digital experiences to physical products that can be held, worn, or lived in.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

A few principles that guide how I work and build.

I like being the person others don’t have to worry about. If something is mine to do, I’ll figure it out and make sure it’s done well.

Reliable & Steady

I care about details—whether in code, a leather edge, or a woodworking joint. Clean, simple solutions matter to me.

Detail‑Oriented Builder

If I don’t know something yet, I’ll learn it. I genuinely enjoy exploring tools, software, and hands‑on skills.
